My journey in the online marketing industry began while working at Bludot Media. During that time, I had the opportunity to observe sales calls, marketing strategies, and the behind-the-scenes processes that drive business growth. It was there that I discovered the power of LinkedIn lead generation, which quickly turned my curiosity into a passion.
Inspired by what I learned, I began taking on clients of my own. Many nights were spent refining strategies, running campaigns, and learning how to consistently deliver measurable results.
In 2019, I officially launched LeadGen Assistance from our dining room table while caring for my two-year-old son. Like many entrepreneurs, I started with limited resources but a clear vision: to help businesses grow through smart, strategic marketing.
As clients began seeing results, they started referring me to their friends and networks, and many requested broader marketing support. This naturally led me to expand my services into marketing automation, content strategies, and multi-channel campaigns designed to nurture leads and create consistent growth.
Many of my clients continue to work with me long-term and refer me within their networks, which I’m incredibly grateful for.
Today, I bring both strategy and professionalism to every project I take on. I believe in building systems that scale, creating marketing that truly connects with people, and delivering results that make a real impact for the businesses I work with.

Before LeadGen Assistance existed, the journey began with BluDot Media in 2017 — a business built on determination, skill, and the courage to take risks. At the time, we were facing significant financial pressure. The uncertainty was real, but giving up was never an option.
Carl Neumann, my husband and the founder of BluDot Media, had spent years developing his expertise as a digital marketing strategist and SEO specialist. In search of new opportunities, he revisited a strategy he had once seen a friend use — LinkedIn outreach.
Recognizing its potential, we decided to test the approach. By combining Carl’s deep marketing knowledge with a relentless drive to make things work, we began building LinkedIn outreach campaigns. The results were immediate and life-changing. We were able to stabilize our finances, and soon after, the business began to grow rapidly. Within just five months, we were managing more than 30 LinkedIn accounts for clients.
It was an untapped opportunity — a digital goldmine that very few people understood or used strategically for business.
What started as a survival strategy quickly evolved into a powerful business model.
Through persistence and continuous learning, the results began to transform our lives. That journey laid the foundation for everything that followed.
